Terms of use
Last updated October 16, 2026
Dragon Pets is a game of collectible dragons on the Solana blockchain, made by Dimos, an independent developer. By using the app or this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Who can play
Don’t use Dragon Pets where using it, or using Solana, SOL or SKR, is against the law.
Your wallet is yours
- The app connects to your wallet (Seed Vault on the Seeker, or another Mobile Wallet Adapter wallet such as Phantom or Solflare). It never sees your recovery phrase or private keys, and it can’t move anything without your approval.
- Keeping your wallet and its recovery phrase safe is up to you. We can’t recover a lost wallet, reverse a transaction or restore dragons sent to another address.
Payments are final
- Hatching, feeding and breeding are paid in SOL or SKR, on chain. Your wallet shows the amount before you approve, and the program never charges more than the price you approved.
- Prices are set in the program’s on-chain configuration and can change. A change never applies to a payment you already approved.
- Payments on Solana can’t be reversed, so they aren’t refundable. You also pay Solana’s network fees, which go to the network, not to us.
- If a hatch or breed doesn’t finish, the program lets anyone finish it later, including the app on your phone. You get your dragon without paying the price again.
Your dragons
- Each dragon is a Metaplex Core asset held in your wallet. You can keep it, give it away or sell it, with or without the app. A resale on a marketplace that honours royalties pays 5% to the game’s treasury.
- A dragon’s traits are rolled by the program from a slot hash nobody knows when you pay. We can’t choose them and we don’t promise any rarity. The odds are fixed in the program and the same for every player.
- Dragons never die. A dragon that isn’t fed sulks and stops growing; it is never taken away.
- The art and the Dragon Pets name stay ours. Owning a dragon gives you the asset, not the rights to the art or the brand.
A game, not an investment
- Dragons are game items. We don’t promise they will be worth anything, or that you can sell them.
- When you list a dragon as a stud, 90% of its price goes to you each time another player breeds with it. How much that earns depends on other players. We don’t promise any earnings.
- SKR is Solana Mobile’s token, not ours. Dragon Pets has no token of its own, and the prices of SOL and SKR are outside our control.
- Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Names and fair play
- The names you give your dragons are public: other players see them in the app, on this site and in each dragon’s details. A name must not:
- be hateful, or threaten or attack people for who they are;
- be sexual;
- promote violence, self-harm or anything dangerous;
- pretend to be someone else, or claim a connection with a person, brand or organisation that isn’t true;
- use someone else’s brand or creative work, or anyone’s personal information;
- promote anything illegal.
- You can report a name from its dragon’s page in the app. We may hide a name that breaks these rules, in the app, on this site and in the dragon’s details. The dragon itself stays yours. If we hide your dragon’s name and you think we got it wrong, write to us at support@dragon-pets.com.
- Don’t attack, overload or try to break the app, the site or the servers behind them. If you find a security problem, tell us at support@dragon-pets.com before you tell anyone else.
Things outside our control
Dragon Pets relies on Solana, your wallet app, and the services that run our servers. If one of them is down or changes, the app may stop working for a while. Wallets, marketplaces and explorers are made by others and come with their own terms.
Changes, and no warranty
- We may change or stop the app, the site or the game’s features. The dragons stay in your wallet whatever happens to the app.
- Dragon Pets is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for losses from blockchain, wallet or market events. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country says can’t be limited.
- When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
